Michael joined the team in 2017 and was appointed director in 2022. He shares the responsibility for the overall delivery of accounting and tax services to our clients. Michael’s areas of expertise are tax planning with owner-managed businesses and personal tax planning for individuals. He also leads the firm in implementing cloud accounting systems for our clients as part of the move towards HMRC’s Making Tax Digital.

Chris set up Alexanders in 2001 with Jim Donoghue. He shares the responsibility for the overall delivery of accounting and tax services to our clients. Chris’s areas of expertise are advising on buy-to-lets and setting these up tax effectively and on Doctors’ pension contribution issues and the taxation thereon. He advises individuals looking to set up on their own either personally or via a limited company.
